Miller new falling block leaver action.
Has anybody got one? The are very good looking and Miller has an outstanding name. I tried to buy a Miller barreled action some time ago but the waiting time was unreal. Fred M.

I have seen one up close, and it was a little rough, with very boxy lines and sharp corners. They can be made to look better, but I still prefer either the Hagen, the Dakota, or the Ruger in that order.

Perhaps it will be easier to aquire one as Dakota Arms just purchased them. Actually Dakota Arms was purchased by an outfit and the outfit purchased Miller as well.

I have two, one a completed 30/40 Ackley and the other is an action in-the-white sitting in the safe. They are very well made and a piece of art-mine aren't rough at all(sn 3xx and 4xx). They are a little 'boxy' and have sharp lines and corners and a thick lever/triggerguard. My completed rifle is heavy as it has a 1/2oct 1/2 round #4 barrel. They are(were) very nice high quality well made actions. Plateau Hunter

No idea about their guns but the new Miller Arms website can be accessed through the Dakota Arms web page. Doesn't have much information on it, though. www.dakotaarms.com

Good hunting!
