000711X42 Comblain
Anybody ever have anything to do with a "Comblain rifle, specifically a Brazilian carbine in 11X42R? I came across a guy who has one he wants to sell, but we can't come up with a fair price. He wants to shoot it a few times before he sells it, and I just want a shooter, so that's ok. Finding ammo is his current problem.
It apparently is in good condition except for a couple of thru-holes in the forearm and butt stock that were used to mount it on the wall. Thanks for any help.

ArcticWith a fair bit of work, they can be good. I've seen a couple that Martin Hagn worked on, and have one myself for a project. Not expensive.

There's a Comblain shooter or two at the Castboolits site. You can get brass and directions at buffaloarms.com
