How much trouble is it to got to Austria to look at the rifle. I would think that you could do it from London over a short holiday.

Very interesting rifle. 6X70R sounds like it should be very fast.

If you get one or even get to hold one, please let us know what you think of it.

Seems pretty expensive to me at 3,000+ euros.

Don't ask me what happened, when I left Viet Nam, we were winning.

WEll

I shot one over the last weekend and it is really something. It was chambered in 6mmBR with match barrel and 5 shot group 100 meters around 1cm.

Hardly any recoil and weighs 3.5 kilograms include a zeiss scope.

Balance extremely well with a silencer and perfect for mountion hunting CHARMOIRs

Cost NOT 300 euro but £2200 NETT less 15% if to be exported from the UK.

RESULT ORDERED ONE TO MY SPECFICIATION.........

I can't imagine taking that thing hunting,
But it makes a great survival rifle, or one for hiking.
I supose if it shot great I would learn to love it.
Can it be had a somthing like a .308 or 30,06.
and how much do they cost aproximatly ?

If you buy direct price starts from 2000 Euro tax free.

Lots of options and variations available.

The main advantage of this rifle is the weigth distribution.

With a 500 gm silencer fitted it feels as if it was designed with this setup in mind.

Total weight 7'ish pounds with scope.

It is definitely available in the usual commercial 30 calibers ie '06 and 308

The main selling point for me is that there is very little muzzle flip. As a result I can actually see the "HIT" with harder hitting hunting calibers.

This is the part of hunting I cannot hack sometimes - that momentary / transient "blackout".

There is very little muzzle blast mentioned previously in this thread since it will be shot 100% of the time with a silencer in situ.

If you want to play you can order custom chambering i.e. something very flat.

The factory is happy to chamber a one off unlike Blaser and without the cost and long lead time of custom gunsmiths.

Lead time is at most 06 weeks for custom calibers.

Cost for custom calibers is around 300 euros.

I must stress this is not everybody's cup of tea.

Good hunting my friend

How do you load it?

They also make a 600NE revolver. Gotta get one of those! I wonder if it comes with an ankle holster.

Personally I think they are trying to be different for the sake of being different

Sorry guys I did not see the quesiton.

OK the shooter pushes the trigger looking mechanism forward with the thumb - I agree it does look like a trigger fitted in reverse. This will cock the rifle. Then to fire contant pressure on the silver colour buttom which acts as a trigger release.

it is not adjustable in release weight and it is set by the factory
