the first part of next month I should be able to get my handi out of layaway. So i thought I better start getting what I need. I went to walmart and saw that they only had 1 set of leupold high rings left so I decided to pick them up. they say part no 55870 are these the right rings that everyone has talked about?? are the medium rings just too low to clear the hammer??

I tried the medium rings on my Handi and ended up with Weaver hi rings from Wallie World. The hammer just didn't have the needed clearance with a Bushnell on the rail.
