I wouldn't recommend shooting the .25-06 barrel on the topper frame, could be very hazardous to your health. You'll see that the SAAMI pressure chart show the .25-06 to be an extrememly high pressure round.
The topper frame is meant for low pressure rounds and shotgun loads only. I would be cautious of the .30-30, also. I have a topper frame and have experienced cratering and perforated primers with safe .357 rem maximum loads. Using the same barrel on an SB2 frame, no issues.
