Is it possible to rebore a 243 Win Ruiger # 1a to 308 Win? If so who does this type of work?

I had one done by Classic barrel and gun works the gun shoot into a true 1/4 inch day in and day out. My gun also started as a 6mm and this was the one of the best things I have ever done.
