Ruger No.1 in 243 ammo question

I will be picking up my No.1 in 243 next Saturday and I need a good factory and reload for up to 300 yards.The biggest target will be a coyote.Thanks in advance.

I shoot a No. 1 in 6mm. I use the Sierra Blitzking bullet in 55 gr.,over H-414. A REAL ONE HOLE GROUP AT 100 YDS.

I have been shooting 70 gr Nosler Ballistic Tip over 4350 and have not wanted for any more.Also why shoot factory ammo when Ya can reload??Good shootin and congrats on #1.
