LRH270The Fat Lady sings again
Boy this is getting boring.....all she does is kill everything you shoot her at:
Eastern New Mexico, 200-225 yards, Ruger #1 in 9,3x74R w/ Burris 4x compact.
An antelope rig? Hell yes!

D99Nice buck, that' s just wrong to use the 9.3 on goats.
Goats are 358 Norma animals tops!

<Andrew cempa>Oh my! I just cannot believe it is possible to kill a goat (or anything for that matter) with a slow, fat bullet with a low powered optic (or worse yet, open sights!).
Using a non-Ubersooperhyper mag (metric of course) with anything less than a 12-24X66 mm scope (w/ integral laser RF& GPS) and a bi-pod....
Oh the sacriledge!
Well done.

That was kind of the point of the post

Actually, this was the mid-tech rig we took.
We were really trying to get one within 100 yards, use a .470 double, and get it on video, but the right chance didn't present until after I took this one.......
