T/C NutShot the .338 RUM Encore
Would you look at that I couldn't even hit the penny...LOL

The 225gr Hornady SP's would not start to group until I jumped up one more grain. The 200gr Horn SP's shot good at 96grs. The 225gr Horn SST's shot very well but, I'm not sure that it would be the best bullet to choose for bear/elk.
Velocity's were...
94.0grs. H-1000 225gr SP=2910fps
95.0grs. H-1000 225gr SP=2980fps
94.3grs. H-1000 225gr SST=2966fps
96.0grs. H-1000 200gr SP=3000fps
Next test will be to see if my barrel likes the Barens TSX 185's and 225's
ALL Shot @ 100 yards

scr83jpYou're not target shooting for score, your loads are accurate enough to kill anything you're aiming at.The kill zone is large unless you're like a former USMC Sniper friend of mine who can call his shots for head, neck or chest he hunts elk with a Ruger #1 6mm.
Nice shooting. Is the barrell a T/C product, or custom?
Thanks,
Lee
OOPS! I missed your earlier post. I have the answer to my question.
