Big Bore FanGood morning, Northman,
yes, there´re a few High Wall´s still in production. A Creedmore and a BPCR in .45-90 , the Low Wall in .22Hornet, .223, .22-250 and .243 and the traditional hunter in, .38-55, .405WCF, .45-70 and .45-90BPCR.
Winchester GunsBut the problem is, I don´t know any general dealer in europe, who import this rifles. I got the new Winchester Europe cataloge here in germany, but there isn´t any High or Low Wall listed.
On my wish list is allways a .405WCF or a .22-250 High Wall.

Blacktail53Just like the Winchester Add says, it's in the
"Non-Catalog Winchester Firearms Line"
There should be a dealer finder site on the Win web page as well. The Low Wall is said to MSRP for about $1069.00 US.

Low WallLets if this link works
http://www.galleryofguns.com/G...g=mfg&mfg=WinchesterDavidsons (above link) are "jobbers" and sell only to US dealers from what I have been told...I have to wait for these rifles to become availalble on a US auction site such as Gun Brokers and hire a Canadain dealer to do the importing...Kinda costly!
Another link to a new manuf. of 1885's...

Big Bore Fanquote:
You want one!
Your´s is a C.Sharps High Wall! This is a very big different in prices. In Germany the prices beginns at 2300.-€. A Browning/Winchester High Wall costed in the 90th ~1800.-DM(Deutsch Marks), now~ 1000.-€ up to 1200.-€. I don´t know the prices and the availability in other european counties about Hig Wall´s from different makers, but I mean prices are nearly the same.

NortmanBut are any of them produced in a current or modern caliber?
Ive looked at Winchesters, but they seem to be exclusive to shot show, meaning only those ordering them at shot show have them in inventory. It could be difficult to find those who orderd from Winchester.

meteBut who is Americangun ? They are a new , untested company. They seem to be trying to do too much too soon [bolt actions etc ]. Know anything about them ? I wouldn't mind a small version in 223.
