Model Seven vs. Seven Magnum
Got a question regarding the differences between these 2 rifles.

Of course, the Seven Magnum is chambered in either the 7mm or 300 SAUM, and the regular Seven based on the 308 Win size cartridges. But I am wondering what are the other differences? The Seven Magnum has a 22" barrel of heavier contour, the Seven has a 20" lightweight tube. And the Seven Magnum has a larger bolt face for the fatter SAUM case.

What I'm really wanting to know is this; Will a stock for a regular Model Seven fit on a Model Seven Magnum rifle? The barrel channel would have to be opened up, but what else??
