.338wm on a magnum action?
is it unadvisable to build a .338 winchester magnum on a magnum length push-feed action?

(weatherby mark v, who at the moment wears a .300wby barrel)

There's actually a benefit of doing that way. You can load 275 gr. bullets out without having to shove them down past the shoulder. I have a Weatherby Vanguard in .300 WSM and wish that it was on a long action.
