pulling M-94 Barrel
Am I correct in assuming a Win 94 barrel is screwed on? Any unique problems in pulling??

I've pulled a few bolt action barrels.

Thanks.

Any 13 year old girl can remove a barrel from a 94.
How else would it be held on?

First thing is to either open the action, or take it apart.
Have lost count of how many I have seen ruined by leaving the action closed then trying to unscrew the barrel

Then clamp the barrel and use a proper flat action wrench on the front flat section of the receiver.
Normally they are not very tight

If you are too dumb to know to open the action, you definitely should not be removing a barrel. Or even touching a rifle at all.

I guess my problem is that I haven't had a 13 year old girl around for decades.

Let me try again; They are so easy that Chuck Norris unscrews them with his bare hands. But he opens the bolt first.
