Smith PPC DA only back to SA/DA?

I'm thinking of buying one of these which has been smithed to new barrel, DA only per PPC rules. Not claiming to be all that knowledgeable on Smiths, to convert it back to SA/DA is replacing the hammer all that needs to be done? TIA.
