Half Moon Bolt Handles
Gents:

Just wanna give props to Jim at Half Moon. I just received 2 of his Large Oberndorf style bolt handles for the 375s. For shipping purposes he enclosed them in some sort of wax. They are a bit larger than the factory knob CZ sticks on there and look pretty sharp.

And at 16 bucks apiece they seem like a good deal.

Try to look unimportant. Your enemy might be low on ammo.

I'm loathe to admit I do not own a scanner and my dad has the bolts. Perhaps I could get him to photo the bolts and then forward them to a member who would post them for us?

Here ya go. He has about 6 styles. The one on the left is the large Oberndorf style. It gives the action a bold look. Nice addition.

That's it, Terry. I think they look good.

I have also used the Half Moon handles...they are almost identical to the Oberndorf…in fact I can't tell the difference. Here is what I do: mill a square shank, weld and now you have a pretty darn effective 4th safety lug...the configuration is not new, just easier than building up a bunch of weld and shaping afterward.

Very slick, and I really like the bolt welding jig.
