Wanted, gunsmith to chamber a 25 Souper

Does anyone know a good gunsmith that has the reamer and gauges that can chamber and install a barrel in 25 Souper. I have checked several and have been unable to find one.

Kevin Weaver would be a exclent choice his work is superior. He is working on two projects for me now. Also The Rocky Mountain Bighorn Society chose him to build their 30th anniversary rifle.
