Win ultimate classic stock for 416
Does anyone see any issues using the below stock for a 416 Rem build? I realize I may have to add another cross bolt and may have to do some inletting for one piece bottom metal. But would this stock be sturdy enough for a big bore?

No.
Win 70 stocks are readily available from CDNN, Numrich and others. Safari model, plain wood, and other styles. This one looks like fancy wood.
The LH ones are cheaper; less demand for them.

Have to open the barrel channel and allow for any barrel mounted recoil lug as well. There were a very few SuperGrade stocks available with the Safari barrel channel. I have one on a 416 Rem. Works great!
