Rear site for Montana PH 416 Rigby

I need a factory replacement for the rear island site for a Montana PH 416 Rigby. Does anyone know what I need to look for, or if there is a source to find a site based on screw hole spacing and barrel diameter?

Pretty sure they used a Williams ramp rear sight. It's been a while since I saw one, but that is what I recall.
