What's your take on H-S Precision Stocks? Do they do what they say or will you still have to
bed anything to get it right.

Sometimes they are good,sometimes they need to be bedded.You dont know untill you get the stock.I take a paint stick and coat the Aluminum bedding block and screw the action to it.If it evenly distributes the paint on your action ,you dont need to bed.If it only touches here and there,you need to bed.I have four of their stocks and only one needed bedding.
