I have a Remington BDL that I want to put a ADL stock on.What do I have to do to make this change.Thanks in advance

The other main difference is the mag box on the ADL has a little tab that allows you to screw it to the action. It shouldn�t be too much of a challenge to get by with out it. Otherwise the spring and the follower are the same.

rick0311The ADL mag boxes are a wee bit taller than the BDL's are.
The mag boxes being screwed to the receiver on ADL's is for a very practical reason. It is pretty difficult to try and properly seat a mag box from the top if it pops out of position. On a BDL all you have to do is open the floor plate in order to do this.
I think I've got a .308 sized ADL Short action mag box and screw out in the shop that you can have if you want it...just email me an address to send it to.
