Gunsmithing school in Oklahoma
I was at the Tulsa Oklahoma gun show and they had a booth with people from a gunsmith school in Oklahoma. I lost the information I had and have been trying to find them on the internet but have not had any luck. If you know of there web link I would appreciate it if you could post it.

Thank you

Thanks JD thumb

Do they teach how to put a barrel on a rifle and cut a chamber? I took a year of Machine Shop and a year of CNC programming at Vocational Technical School, but living in Kansas they didn't teach anything about gun-smithing.

I believe that is Murray State. I had a friend from TJC who was an instructor there years ago. A good school as I understand. I'm more familiar with the School of Trade in Denver and Trinidad State. Also understand Lassen in Calif and Prescott in Az are also good.

Swede: If you already know how to run a lathe, take the NRA rifle rebarreling course. You will get hands on on threading barrels, chambering, polishing, blueprinting the action, etc. It's usually taught in June.
