Mr. JBelk or ??
Am going to get a Monatana action. Would prefer a CM action but don't have the means to blue it. I'm wondering if you would be interested in bluing an action or could reccomend someone. Not interested in a high polish just a good durable finish for a hunting rifle.

I don't do outside blueing. Most full service gunshops will hot dip it for you for $30 or so.

When I have bluing to be done I take it to Jim Brockman in Gooding, Idaho.

Remember that it's how the metal is finished BEFORE the blue that determines the looks of it. The only difference between glossy black and rough gray is the finish of the steel.
