BobsterWay too expensive for commercial use at present, but who knows how it will progress. It raises intriguing possibilities for future space exploration though. No need to take a bunch of spare parts and machine tools with you. I'd think NASA would be all over that.

PaulSNASA already has the technology. It was to be tested on the moon to make parts and tooling from the 3D printer. I believe this is one of those "off-shoots" of NASA tech.
