Anybody installed/used them? Opinions?

No experience with them. They look very classy and are half the weight of a Pachmayr Decelerator. I'll have to give one a try.

I use them because they are light. I grind them on a 12" sanding disc. They will compress if the rifle is left standing butt down. Store them butt up.
