Good Pillars
Who makes a good set of pillars? Are the Score High sets worth the $36? Other options or ones that you have tried would be appreciated. Thanks guys

Ultraman.

Get a 12mm bar of alu. and go to a local mecanical shop and have them make you a pair of pillars. For a guy that can handle a lathe its a ten minute job.

I use the Parish pillars from Brownells.com I think they sell for around $12.00 a pair. These pillars have deep grooves and are 9/16" in diameter, they work real well in Rem, Win and Ruger actions.

sure-shot

I too second the Parish pillars from Brownells.
they work and darn I do not own a lathe so the charges here would far outstrip the $18.00 Canadian we have to shell out.

Get an arrow shaft, or tubing for it. Perfect size, light aluminum and easy to work with.
