Johnny foreignerWeatherby Stock Replacement
I wanst to change my Walnut Stock on a Euromark 243 MKV. The options seem to be either HS precision, McMillan or Bell and Carson.
The price difference is huge from $400-$100.
Is it worth the difference?

Yes, at least the McMillan is!

ramrod340Kind of asking if a $10000 car will get you there why do you need to buy a $40000 one.
Would a Bell & Carson work sure. Hey even a ramline at half the price. What you are adding is quality, fit, finish, strength. Only one person can really decide what it is worth to you.
I personally never like the feel of the B&C I have a H-S that I've been very happy with. I also have a Brown Precision that I love but it was built and designed for low weight. I have never had or shot a mcmillian.

Might I recommend the Borden "rimrock" stock.
For a guy with a slight amount of DIY skills,
this is probably the best buy on the market!
The patterns were made by a professional stockmaker, and feel great ergonomically!
