A-Bolt knob replacement.....
I have a Browning A-Bolt that I would like to have an oversized "tactical" bolt knob installed on.....and I was planning to use AZ Precision, but I received an e-mail from Keith today and he informed me that he cannot install knobs on the A-Bolt.

Two questions.....

1. Why is this?

2. Who (if anyone) can install an aftermarket bolt knob on a Browning A-Bolt for me?

....obviously I do not quite understand what all is involved in the installation process, because I thought it would be as simple as cutting off the factory knob and welding on the new one.

I asked Keith why and he said the steel on the A-Bolt is harder than on Remingtons.....and that's why he will not do them.

Who can help me?

Mr. Abadie,

Send me an email about this project. I believe I can take care of it for you... possibly.

Sounds like he don't know how or just chooses not to work with hardened steel.

If Kobe, or Fal doesn't take care of you send it over here. Not to compete but just an option
