B-Square offered these at one time, but that time has come and gone. Any other sources?

I found the T-25 Torx screws at NECG, but I'm not seeing the screws on the Ullman's website. Can someone post the link to the M-98 screws on the Ullman's website?

I make my own. Get a 1/4-22 die and use any appropriate (cut to length) socket headed 1/4-20 fastener, Usually they are of tougher stuff and it helps to heat the end cherry red and pushed into garden lime to anneal. The heads are a bit more proud so I turn them down in the lathe but they work just fine without.

Brownell's has the die but shipping with them is absurdly expensive. I've found them on fleabay.

Hmm, I still have a two sets of ULmann's.
One in use and one in the planning stage.
I wonder if Michael quit making them or if he just makes an occasional run?

The 1/4-22 die arrived and it was a simple task to take a 1/4-20 x4" partially threaded Allen head screw and run them through the die and cut them to length for the rear screw, and 1/4-20x 2 1/2" partially threaded screw to make the forward screw.

yes 1/4-22, I corrected the error in my post.

I’ll trade you as many sets as you want for slotted screws. These are on new Zastava M98s. They have a 4mm hex head but traditional domed top screw.

Glad it worked for you. FYI, Forster's is about the cheapest I've found for slotted ones. But living in Alaska, I've found that shipping on small parts can be a deal killer. Hardly worth making them for what they ask but I prefer the the cap heads anyway because it is impossible to bugger them:

Can I just purchase two sets outright?

Allen head screws can be damned unhandy in the bush..Seems hunters tend to gorget to take their allen wrenchs hunting..had to use a screw driver and thats usually a disaster..Ive seen this on one safari, and in conversations with my hunters on return from hunts, so I ditched mine, based on that..

My point being remember to take an allen head wrench with you!

I like torx these days, slotted still works fine and every guide has a set of screwdrivers or should, if not shoot just shoot the SOB!..
