bedding on aluminium blocks ?
When using bedding products as Pro Bed 2000 etc,
is it necessary to use this kind of bedding when the current bedding is on aluminium (blocks).

Does a bedding like Pro Bed improve the precision when the rifle already has aluminium blocks.

shoot the rifle, after first torquing the action screws to 45-65 INCH pounds. If it performs to your requirements, then why bed it?

If it does not, then yes, bedding an aluminum block is fine, as it ensures better/more uniform contact with your action.

The aluminum blocks are for support.

The glass is to make the "joint" between stock and metalwork stable and tight. The epoxy dampens vibration....and that's good.
