I have a Remington 11 (16ga) with a buttstock cut down for my Mom when she was propably 6. I can't shoot it because the receiver is maybe an inch from my nose. I can't find a buttstock anywhere so I think I'll might have to have one made from the existing stock.

Have you called gunparts corp? they used to have stocks for these by the barrel full... Any gunstock supplier can sell you one, they are a quite common aweapon..
