Safety needed for Springfield 03A3
I am looking for a wing safety for an 03A3. Something similar to the Win M70 style. Does anyone know if these are available? If so, where can I find them?

If you want a two position mod, I do those. If you want a trhee position one, try Ed Lapour.

Where can I find them for sale? Is the 2 position a modification to the current shroud?

Yes, the 2 position safety is a modification to the original shroud. Most competent smiths will do this modification for around $100...plus or minus.....

Jim Kobe is one such smith who does it well....

The 3 position safety is more expensive as it has a new shroud and requires a smith to install. It runs around the $250 mark...plus or minus....

Kobe mentions Ed Lapour as a supplier of the 3 position......I believe mine are older PMC versions. They're less popular than previouly, because 1903's aren't a high volume activity anymore.

Brownells sells a relatively inexpensive 2 position safety that does require the shroud modification. I have 2 on Springfields and another on a Swede. They are case colored and look/work great!
