Oregon45Biesen stocks?
I've just got a very nice English walnut blank over at 24hourcampfire and am looking for someone in the Pacific Northwest to turn it into a gunstock for me. I've seen Mr. Biesen's website and his work looks great, has anyone bought a turned stock from him before?

724wdI have a pre-64 stock by roger - turned to about 98%. i think it's lovely! fit is very close. i haven't seen a spot yet that is out of whack. Roger also has a nice chunk of walnut and a pattern i modified for a Yugo mauser. I have been exceptionally happy with my dealings with roger.

22WRFI had a piece of enblish turned by Roger as well and I was very happy with it. There is no doubt that you will have to do some whittling on it once you get done inletting in order to slim it down a bit.

idahoelk101I am in an enviable position that I work about 6 blocks from the Biesen's shop. I have handeled thier work in various stages and anything you get from them will be top notch. I have Roger working on a pair of matched stocks for me right now. That being said don't send him any work as I want to get my stuff done LOL.
