BitterrootAnyone refinishing factory stocks?
Is there anyone out there refinishing factory stocks? I get calls frequently from customers wanting their factory stock refinished. It usually involves removing some wood to slim it up, put a new finish on it, and checker. To me it involves more work than it's worth, but I thought there might be someone who's doing it that I can send these guys to.

Mike in MichiganI've been refinishing factory stocks for years. Oil, urethane varnish, lacquer or 2-part automotive clear coat. Recutting existing checkering or laying out new checkering. Be glad to take the work.
