CZ-550 questions
I have never owned a CZ-550 and am looking into it, I have heard that the 550s have a 6+1 capacity with 375H&H and a 4+1 capacity with rigbys, can anyone verify this?

My CZ 375 holds 5 rounds in the magazine. The sixth round will fit, but not feed. My 416 Rigby hold 3 rounds down.

My Rigby *almost* holds 4 down, but not quite. 3+1 is plenty, anyways...

I have one of my customers who has been bugging me to make some Rigby type floorplates for the CZ 550.

However he has not yet sent me a guard or action so I can make them up.

This new floor plate would only be aprox 5/32 to 3/16 deeper than the factory. I could supply a 95 % machined part. Minor fitting of the plate to your guard, would be required, then final polishing and bluing.

This Rigby style floor plate is where the follower and spring lays that allows that so close last round to fit under and feed from the rails.

I have worked out the cost of the unfitted machined floor plate to $75.00 USD plus shipping.

If anyone is interested drop me a email so we can work out the details of me borrowing a action or rifle.

As above, BUt with just a smidgen of work my .375 would hold seven and my Rigby 5 I though it would hold five but I checked it last time we had a thread like this and "not so"

If you do produce some of these I would certainly be interested in buying 1 or 2. Please keep us posted - ta.
