Is there a difference?. I'm looking for a new stock for my Sendero, but I'm not sure if a stock made for a LA will fit my action.

The Sendero is a long action. Some places might call it a magnum action also since prior to the current short action magnums, all the regular belted magnums were put up on long actions.

Did that make sense? [Smile]

Hope that helps, Joe.

Remington markets two action lengths(223/308 length and '06/H&H length). Long and Short.

Yours is a long(Sendero). The STW is both a "long" and a "magnum"(full length H&H)action. They are the exact same animal,in regards to Remington nomenclature. The stocks do NOT differ in inlet, regarding action sizing..........
