Post some Eye Candy in the spirit of the season

It was built by a guy in Brooklyn, NY after it went unfinished at a smith in Laurel Delaware for 2 years.

1909 Argentine, Blanchard re-heated it. Douglas Barrel in 7x57mm, Steel Neidner buttplate and cap, ebony tip.

I reloaded the pics to my webpage:

Sumbuddy chopped an otherwise nice stock.

Gunmaker, is the top stock blank in your photo long enough for a full-stock rifle?

If an 18 to 20" barrel is long enough. After that the grain starts to dive away from the barrel a little.
