Is there anything that can be done other than stone for smoother pull?

There is not much else you can do with them. In the right hands they can be made to perform pretty good for what they are.

What did you have in mind?

Just be very careful when stoning to keep your angles the same as the original. It is VERY easy for an inexperienced person to screw up a Model 99 trigger beyond almost all repair. The object is just to smooth metal, not remove it.


My country gal's just a moonshiner's daughter, but I love her still.
