Mikepb42As far as I am aware, no such barrels are yet available. Midway USA has barrels for 17 High Standard, which may or may not work with the Hornady round. Hornady states that 17 HM2 ammunition will be available in september, so I would imagine that barrels will soon be available. The guys at Rimfirecentral.com will certianly post when they're out. You might check the advertisers at that site too.

tasunkawitkoone of your friends, osama bin laden or saddam hussein, may have one somewhere in their tunnels as well. for all the moral support and active work that you do for them, maybe they will give you one. perhaps you can ask them at your next fellowship meeting?
oops, i forgot. saddam won't be able to make it to that one.

DaManThanks, Mike! I'll keep my eyes open for a source. I hope to have my Ruger 10-22 set up before ammo becomes available.
The HM2 is based on the Stinger case. I know that the .17 High Standard and Aguilla will work in the HM2 chamber, but don't think the opposite is true. I'll just hang on for a few more weeks.
