Bolt Work?
I'd like a two panel checkering job and the bolt and extractor jewelled.

What are we looking at in price for this work?

Can this be done at one place and with the turnaround within a month?

Thanks,

Don

Bill Soverns has an nice checkering pattern for $85 I don't know what the turn around time is. Or are you talking bolt handle checkering?

Call Roy Watson on the bolt jeweling. He will checker your bolt handle also but not your stock.

As a general rule, people are nuts!

Ditto.....

I'm in the process of making a jeweling jig right now.....but that don't help you at all!

What Butchloc says about Carol on the checkering.... thumb
Soverns work (I've seen it) is also excellent!

You can buy them already done, 2 or 4 panal from Brownell and they are quit nice and not very expensive. They are not grabby on your hand and I like that.

OK, guys. Dennis says about 1-1/2 months to do the work. Will try pics when I get it back.

I agree with you Ray. Problem is I'm using the factory bolt.
