Doug WNeed a handful of quality Mauser 98 extractors
I need 10 or so extractors for my broached receiver projects.
I want quality pieces, I see the ones Brownells sells have poor reviews, the Sarco ones have better reviews (but they might be the same ones Brownells sells?).
Any suggestions?

dpcdI would have used Ruger extractors; cheap, available, already made to snap over cartridge heads, and they work fine.
Good Mauser extractors are harder to get these days.

farbedoThe ones that Sarco has are originals or NOS. They are not the powder met ones Brownells sells.
Could try contacting the Zastava importer and see if they can get new ones.

BobsterReviews say these are NOS DWM Brazilian contract extractors:

thirdbiteI bought a Sarco extractor. It was NOS military, but slightly miscolored due to storage. Cleaned up nicely.

Doug WWell got the Sarco extractors in today. Well made, no rust all with the tiny anchor stamp on them.
Does the anchor indicate Argentine contract extractors?
