Ohbummer admin's ivory ban?

Don't really know the details about the upcoming new laws in the ivory trade. Don't know if this is the place to ask. Anyone have the real scoop? I've always wanted a nice single action with one piece carved ivories. Sounds like this may never happen for me. Anyway, I'm going to write my congressmen. From what little I've heard, even the sale of pre-ban ivory might be stopped.
