First: Other than being a customer I am not connected to Kreiger in any way.

I needed some large caliber brass and was finding quotes that were high.
I came across an offer of once fird brass by Krieghoff International. I spoke to a service rep and he told me all their brass is the result of regulating or sighting in Kreiger rifles. Their brass price was excellent, but shipping was high. They typically use UPS. I asked about less costly shipping such as Post Office flat rate box and received a personal message saying they would be glad to handle my order and ship it via the post office box and save me the unnecessary additional cost of using UPS.
Krieghoff International just proved to me that they are customer focussed and willing to do that little extra effort to keep my cost as reasonable as possible.
