Sight Removal M70 .375

You guys know how to remove the front sight from a M70 Classic Stainless .375?

It apparently only has one screw but it's still stuck tight to the barrel. Are they soldiered on in addition to the screw?

Hello,
Been a while since I looked at one, but you might find another screw/fastener under the blade/beade itself. Drift it out and see if there is another screw there for you to remove and then the sight would lift off. Good luck.
