Is this repairable?

PeglegOf course! If you are good with epoxy. This can be done but it will always look broke. Or you could do it like I do and use tie wire and duct tape.

pacecarsThats the hard part. I think I am going to have Northwood Gunstocks duplicate it in wood. I can not find anyone that makes a new synthetic other than MPI and I am not sure about them. I was hoping to find a takeoff wood or synthetic from another Model M but who knows where they may be.

mhoSorry, can't help with possible repair of your stock. I thought I'd add that this location is not unheard of for a Steyr-Mannlicher or a Mannlicher-Schoenauer stock to break. Reason: because of the relative width of the rotary magazine, the stock "wall" over the magazine well is held pretty thin. Weak point on those rifles, sadly.

pacecarsI figure even if I have to have a stock made I am way ahead with the price I paid for this one. I have had a MIII and another regular Professional and I have regretted selling both. they are great guns and very accurate.
