I know this is like fishing for gasper gou (bottom feeders) but I would like to find a Carcano stock.
A sporter stock would be nice but even a battered military stock would give me a handle to do some testing with. The object of this curiosity is a Japanese Type I barreled action. The receiver is pretty much identical to the Carcano but the bottom metal is different due to the "Mauser" type magazine. I sure hate to use the word Mauser and Carcano in the same sentence. Anyway if you have such a thing I would like to hear from you.
