Savage Model 11 trigger
I just bought a Savage Model 11 in 22.250. I'm looking at replacement triggers, which trigger would you buy? This is a coyote gun & I need to limit spending to around $100. Any suggestions?

There's only one choice for that price, the Sharpshooter Supply replacement trigger.

I second that, get the sharpshooter trigger. It is excellent and can be installed by yourself. Sharpshooter Supply is a great company!!!!!!!!

Don't forget the excellent triggers from Rifle Basix.

Before you spend the money on a new trigger, see what the factory trigger is capable of. Adjusting the trigger is not difficult and you can find the directions on the web. Do NOT file or polish the factory trigger or sear. If it is still not light enough, buy two or three sizes of music wire smaller than the factory spring, bend one of each and see how it feels. Be sure to re-adjust the trigger each time you change the spring.

Thanks for the suggestions, I installed the Sharp Shooters Supply trigger & I couldn't be happier. Can't wait to try it on a few coyotes. Sorry I took so long to reply, real busy around here. The SSS trigger was easy to install & adjust. I would advise anyone with a factory Savage trigger to try a SSS, you won't be sorry.
