is there a Go gage that can be used for a 6.5x47 or do i have to buy one for this cal.

Which 6.5 x 47? The 22 CF necked up or the new Lapua round?

If you mean a 6.5 x 47 LAPUA this is a CIP cartridge (and probably a SAAMI as well) so there are standard dimensions for reamers, dies, etc. But if you use a custom ground reamer you need to talk to your reamer maker and gunsmith to make sure you have the correct headspace gauge.
