Dago Redjeffe or other moderator, ? about search
Sorry it is here, but I frequent here and it is about these posts. Is it just me or when I search for posts by a specific person does it no longer give the entire thread from start to finish like it used to? Some of the ones I have looked at look like they are right in the middle of a couple of pages and no link to page one or anything.
If I don't print the entire thread it looses the context and some information important to the topic. what gives?

GeorgeSCan you give us an example? I just tried it, and every thread I got a hit on had a link to all the pages in the thread at the top of the page.

Dago RedMaybe I'm loosing it. I looked at some now and I see that at the top. Some of them when I read it just seem out of order, like the first post when I scroll up seems like an answer to something. then again it might have been. I'll look more closely. Thanks George.

PS specifically I was trying to track down a post on rust bluing that had comments from Systeme98 and another that had bluing comments from D'Arcy Echols. got sidetracked reading other stuff.

RickFI have noticed something similar. When I search for a person's posts the old forum would return those in reverse chronological order. It now seems to start back in about 2001 and scroll forward in no particualr order. I much preferred the other way. Thanks.
