Yes, but you are going to pay more than you would for the whole thing if you found one used. Go to www.brownells.com, they sell them.

700vlssth: Yes there is. I have bought several from Kesselrings Gun Shop in Burlington, Washington.

They usually have several under the counter at any one time. I have bought both stainless and blued actions from them in small and large bolt faces. I have seen both long and (my favorites) the short actions there.

Or buy a used ADL for 300 bucks and sell the take off stock and barrel on Ebay for 100 bucks, spend the difference between this and a new action on blueprinting.
