Shop Photos...
I thought I might post a few photos of a Saturday at work. John (toomanytools) was finishing up a stock for a client that I thought came out really well.I have watched the progression of this project from the start and tried to grab as many photos as possible.
John being the workaholic that he is, I had to get in his way a little to get what I could. Smiler Getting to use his camera was a plus!

...lets see, this goes here I think...

...yep..

....voila...Rifle. Wink

I will try and get more of these as John and time allow.
Having been around quality work for a loooong time, its great working with a friend. Its even better when he does World Class Work.

Not telling you how to do your business but here is some advice:

Don't wear overalls while doing machine work.

I use to and after seeing a post that went around about a year ago, I re-assessed the dangers involved.

It does not take but a second or less for a peice of machinery to grab you and pull you into the work.

I quit wearing my leather welding apron at the lathe too. I went out and bought a couple of very light cotton aprons that will tear away easily if caught in machinery.

Good Luck

That's more like it! You put a face with the work. And good work it is!

The safety advise is duly noted. We will make Roger sit out the machine work!

all kidding aside safety is always paramount.

Notice the lack of long hair and the proliferation of safety glasses? lol

Roger and John are gonna blister me! Chuck

If I'd known Chuck was going to post these pictures I'd have swept up the place and combed my hair. Big Grin

Steve, it took me a long time to find the 2.5" Wilton but it is by-far the best size for me.
